Review:

Dr. Rachel Silver is excited, but wary.  Her new drug called RE-Nu is up for clinical trials, and is showing great promise.  In order to continue with the development, the lab needs a bigger sponsor, and that entails the formula’s sale to a big manufacturer.  With the promise of the drug, the competition is great, and it has come down to two labs, Barrington and Hammer, Inc.  Rachel is satisfied with either, but she is courted by the heads of both labs.  To her great confusion, she is uncertain what Lord Barrington, a man thirty years her senior, wants with her, yet he holds a certain attraction that is literally dizzying.  Dr. Keith Hammer, on the other hand, is a calm, quiet, and dedicated man, sincere in his wish to promote, to development, and then dispensing of new finds in the industry.  If Rachel could choose, Hammer, Inc. would be the company for her.  A promise made to her dying mother when she was twelve has not been forgotten, and Re-Nu is the result.  The drug is showing it can rejuvenate dying cells, regenerating them, destroying scar tissue and returning it to healthy and viable tissue. Rachel is hoping whoever gets the formula will put it to its proper use and help it fulfill its potential.

Dr. Keith Hammer has a small problem.  If it was a dream, he would feel a lot better, but waking up and finding the amulet around his neck assured him of the truth.  He did not think much about gods, myths, or religion in general.  As a matter of fact, he has not thought of mush beyond this new drug, Re-Nu.  It was developed by Rachel Silver, M.D., and all the promising reports he read about it showed it has great potential.  He sees the myriad possibilities, and decides he really wants it for Hammer, Inc..  He was not counting on being tied to an ancient Norse God named Thor, not that he would have to assist him in finding his errant brother Loki.  The one thing Keith was not counting on was the gorgeous Rachel, and his immediate attraction to her.  Now, with his competition breathing down his neck, his desire for Rachel growing, then finding out that Loki is hiding in the body of Lord Barrington, the head of Barrington Labs, he is about at his wits end.  Now he has to help Thor return Loki to Asgard, and try to win Rachel…
